Hotel is good but amenities haven't been provided as written there was no iron in the room. And staff in night is unsupportive even he didnt allowed your guest to visit you which is weird. Haram is far from here and no shuttle service provided like other hotel does

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. There wasn’t any internet access in any of the rooms, we had to go connect Wi-Fi from the reception and stay in the lobby. They don’t have a bus and You need to find your own transportation which is very costly, Very very poor hygiene, the room floors were sticky and the bathrooms had mosquitoes and nats coming from the drain. Also, they had NO HOT WATER to shower in!!! And the bathroom ceiling was leaking water and they wouldn’t change my room until 2 days after because I wouldn’t quit complaining. Will not recommend to go there!!

Never coming to this place again. No room service. No amenities. Horrible attitude at the reception. Only the location is good. Untidy.
