أولا: شكراً لموظفي الإستقبال على تعاملهم الراقي وخصوصاً حاتم وإشراق ورفال.. ثانيا: أنا حقيقة مستغرب من انه تقييمه 5 نجوم ولا أدري بناء على إيش؟ يمكن عشان المطعم أو الإستقبال.. ثالثا: الغرف في الدور الخامس للأسف نظافتها سيئة والروائح تنبعث منها ومن الخزانة ودورات المياه ولا أظن انهم يرشون عليها ريحة فواحة أبداً رغم تغيير غرفتين للأسف لكل وحدة منها سلبياتها.. العزل سيئ جدا اذا اخترت غرفة ذات إطلالة عالخارج وتحس انك نايم في الشارع من صوت السيارات والناس،، حاولت أسكر النافذة أكثر لكن للأسف انها قديمة وما تغير شي أبداً.. دورات المياه أيضاً قديمة وتسريب المياه مستمر يحتاج تغير الفوط الأرضية أو تجففها طوال الوقت.. الأبواب متآكلة ولا أظن دخل عليها أي تجديد.. التجربة عادية رغم اني توقعت عالمبلغ اللي دفعتها بحصل غرف أفضل بكثير.. الموقع مو بعيد وايد من الحرم ١٥ دقيقة تقريباً لكن للأسف يمر وسط شارع مزدحم لازم تتحمل وتنتبه من زحام السيارات في يوم حار ورطب جداً.. الصور راح تشرح لكم أكثر.. First of all , thank you to the reception staff for their excellent service, especially Hatem, Ishraq, and Rifal. Second, I'm truly surprised by the 5-star rating, and I don't know how. Maybe because of the nice restaurant or the reception. Third: Unfortunately, the rooms on the fifth floor are poorly cleaned, and odors emanate from them, the closet, and the bathrooms. I don't think they spray any fresh air fresheners on them at all, despite the fact that two rooms have been changed for me. Unfortunately, each one has its own drawbacks. The insulation is very poor if you choose a room with a view outside, and you feel like you're sleeping on the street from the noise of cars and people. I tried closing the window more, but unfortunately, it's old and hasn't changed any thing at all. The toilets are also old and leak constantly. The floor towels need to be replaced or dried every time you use the toilet. The doors are corroded, and I don't think they've been renovated. The experience was average, although I expected to get much better rooms for the amount I paid. The location isn't too far from the Haram, about 15 minutes away, but unfortunately, it runs through a busy street, so you have to be patient and watch out for traffic on a very hot and humid day. ممتاز و قريب المطعم كبير و منوع الخدمات كاملة و نظيف جدا ما شاء الله

الفندق ممتاز مع ملاحظة بسيطة جدا الحاجز بيني وبين الغرفة المقابلة باب خشبي وكان صوت الغرفة الاخري مسموع .

الفندق جيد المسافة شوي الاكل لا بأس به بالنسبة للكبار بعيد شوي

Amazing true 5 star hotel, 15 mins walk to haram, google map was showing 30 mins and that’s not true, will stay again
