The breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The options were many. The staff are very friendly. It is a clean hotel with some nice shops within the hotel. The shuttle to Haram is on point. I like the drop off location…just beside Al Safwa tower. Also, at night there are so many buses all the time and you can even take any other hotel bus that is close by they will drop you off at your hotel. I will surely come back

I had to order new flights because they have close my gate and refused to open it i have arrived at 8:05 and flight was depated 8:59 in Saudi airport averyone sendming me everywhere and clear directions my boarding pass did not open and i had ro order again

Despite few issues at the beginning with the Room. The Staff has made my stay a great experience especially Mr Mahmoud Ali in dinner section has go far and beyond to help me he was an excellent ambassador for the hotel, And miss Hiba in reception she went out of her way to help me and I have received a first class service from her. Overall all the staff and the food were excellent! Room 322

The hotels stay was excellent, they fulfilled all my expectations and if there was an issue they resolved it gracefully. The location is good especially as the shuttle bus service was in service. I will recommend this hotel and intend to come again next time when I’m here.

Very good hotel , location good but not walking distance to the haram . when we got our room there wan no water tea or coffee as they said they will provide , but when we called them they brought everything very quickly. Staff are good and helpful
