The hotel's cleanliness is acceptable, and everything about the room is perfect. However, their service is unsatisfactory, but I have reported it to the HR depar**ent, and action has been taken. The location is quite far from the Haram, but the good thing is that there's a bus that runs back and forth at specific times. In sha Allah, I will stay there again whenever I travel to Saudi.

The hotel was nice and had buses to and from haram but they were hard to find on the way back due to the amount of buses there, overall not a bad choice. Also the rooms were a bit too small so it was just for sleeping there nothing more.

Location a bit far from Al Haram but the hourly shuttle bus provided drops at Ajyad which is very near to alharam (behind zam-zam tower). The facilities and staff are really great, we loved being here and definitely will stay back. very worth the price for a budget traveller with a family

Bersih, bagus hotelnya. Handuk sampe wangi n masih putih bersih. Untuk shuttle sayangnya di hari pertama ramadhan ini sedang ngga beroperasi, tapi besok moga sudah beroperasi lagi.
