Hotelnya oke banget.
Fasilitasnya lengkap
Amenities tidak ada sikat gigi aja, yang lain ok.
Posisinya 20 menit ke Haram, pakai shuttle hotel, dan gratis..
shuttle tiap jam, dan on time.
dibandingkan hotel lain, ini nilai plus nya.
hanya saja di hari jumat, shuttle beroperasi hanya di jam tertentu.

The check-in clerk is a fantastic man, a larger than life character (forgive me, as I cannot remember his name). He brightened up a couple of weary travellers. He should be made an example of for the rest of the staff to follow in terms of how to treat customers. Please reward him for his fantastic attitude.
As for the hotel, we were pleasently surprised at what we found. nice clean room, with all the facilities we needed.
The only issue we found was that the in-room dining food was quite terrrible. Did not enjoy that at all.
Buffet dinner in the restaurant was good though.

I would recommand Parkinn for people who come for umrah.. The hotel is really clean and decent.. The bus service to and from garam every 30 min and they are always on time.. The staff are so kind and helpful.. Around the hotel you can found different good quality restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
Overall one of the best hotels Ive tried here in Makkah. Thanks alot
