Review: This is by far the best hotel in Makkah! Our stay was absolutely wonderful—everything was perfect, from the service and cleanliness to the excellent location. A special thanks to Mr. Anees Haider who was incredibly competent, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. We truly appreciate his support. Highly recommended!

كانت تجربة مميزه ، الفندق ممتاز والخدمات فيه جيدة.. يعيبه ان المشوار الى الحرم يحتاج الانتقال عبر باصين مختلفين وفي وقت الذروة برمضان من المفترض زيادة عدد الباصات لنصبح كل نص ساعه وليس كل ساعه لتفادي الازدحام بالباص

Hotelnya oke banget. Fasilitasnya lengkap Amenities tidak ada sikat gigi aja, yang lain ok. Posisinya 20 menit ke Haram, pakai shuttle hotel, dan gratis.. shuttle tiap jam, dan on time. dibandingkan hotel lain, ini nilai plus nya. hanya saja di hari jumat, shuttle beroperasi hanya di jam tertentu.

Absolutely below 5 stars hotels standard. The carpets are dirty. The cattle is nasty. You have to ask them many times to come and clean the room. Also, the food was horrible.

The check-in clerk is a fantastic man, a larger than life character (forgive me, as I cannot remember his name). He brightened up a couple of weary travellers. He should be made an example of for the rest of the staff to follow in terms of how to treat customers. Please reward him for his fantastic attitude. As for the hotel, we were pleasently surprised at what we found. nice clean room, with all the facilities we needed. The only issue we found was that the in-room dining food was quite terrrible. Did not enjoy that at all. Buffet dinner in the restaurant was good though.
