الخدمه صارت متراجعه طلب التنظيف يحتاج انتظار مايقل عن ساعتين الى ٣ واذا طلبت ابسط الاشياء مثل المناديل والسليبر يقولك لازم تتصل على صفر وهي مع العامل اصلا.. الخدمات متراجعه شوي

الفندق فخم و نظيف، قريب من جميع الخدمات يبعد عن الحرم في حدود ربع ساعة بالسيارة، تسجيل الدخول يأخذ وقت نظرا للطلب المتزايد، المواقف غالبا ممتلئة و لكن الشباب متعاونون، سلمتهم مفتاح السياره و تم ركنها في نهاية اليوم، الفطور لم يعجبني كثيرا و لا يوجد تنوع

房間乾淨 出行方便 旁邊吃飯也方便 前台也熱情

فندق جميل تجده احسن من توقعك والفطور ممتاز جدا توجد حافلة موصل الي الحرم

We had the worst experience . No room service available. Called the room service to clean up our room but no response unite next day . On day three we were given a plastic bag with room toiletries. Parking wasn’t available in the hotel parking lot.. we stayed for 3 nights /4days .. Won’t recommend it to anyone.

اسوأ فندق اقمت فيه من حيث موظفي الاستقبال حيث استغرق الدخول ٤ ساعات والغرف غير جاهزة للتسكين وموظفين الاستقبال بيتخانقوا مع النزلاء كاننا شغالين عندهم بمنتهى قلة الاحترافية والذوق وايضا الباركنج الدخول بالفلوس للموظف الكل عايز رشوة واكرامية عشان يساعدك والادارة ضعيفة رغم كبر الفندق وامكانياته لو اهتموا شوية سيكون افضل الفنادق لكن لن اسكن فيه مرة اخرى ولا انصح فيه
