This hotel is more like a hostel, there is almost no service, when I reached there they told me even if you have reservation, they cannot give me a room. It was 3 am and I waited at the reception for over 30 mins until finally they told me my reservation is in the system but they did not receive my payment. However, I had already prepaid for it before. So I made another payment for it. The hotel was relatively clean but my experience overall was not good.

I like the hotel but the lunch buffet is not good its better not to call it buffet, its just few foods and also very limited, bad exprnce in that lunch buffet

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff are lovely, and the location is near Haram, public transportation. However, I faced sort of a slight issue during the check-in, and it was sorted out in 10-15 minutes. The issue was due to payment as I booked and paid in advance. However, they wanted me to pay them and contact 訂房網站 to get my money back. I refused and showed them the receipt. Seems they are not used to the reservations with payment in front. If you do that, keep the receipt with you. كل شيء عن الفندق كان رائع، الموظفين لطيفين والفندق قريب من الحؤم والمواصلات والخدمات، لكن واجهتني مشكلة بسيطة عند الوصول حيث حجزت ودفعت كسبقا لكن طلبوا مني الدفع ومراجعة 訂房網站.com لاسترداد نقودي. طبعا لم اقبل بذلك واظهرت لهم الفاتورة وتم حل المشكلة خلال ١٠-١٥ دقيقة. على ما يبدو هم غير معتادين على هذا النوع من الحجز ويتوقعون الدفع عند الوصول
