Muhammad Alatas really kind helpfull officer in the reception desk. He made guest valuable. We do really appreciate for his effort to make our stay wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, partial view of masjidil haram. The cleaning service comes everyday to suck the dust in carpet. The breaksfast, lunch & dinner were superb. Really recommended hotel tto stay. We'd like to come back In sha Allah

Awesome stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We took the executive room for 4 pax and the room is spacious. The hotel interior is stunning. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers international and middle east food. Everything is good but if anything need to be improved will be the reception staff. It be good if they can be more welcoming. The staff however at concierge is excellent. They went extra mile to assist guests. Will come bk.

Spacious room, good quality bedding and amenities. Close to Haram. 1. The waitress in restaurant wear the glove. They touch all clean and dirty. It's Contaminated. Please improve 2. The staffs in front Don, t have services mind Thank you

Best hotel for family, very near from gate 79. And the plus point, Ratio coffee, Al Romansiah Resto and also Bindawood are the same place with the hotel.

كل شيء كان مناسبًا خلال إقامتنا، ومع ذلك، واجهنا مشكلة أثناء تسجيل الدخول مع الموظفة روان. كنا شخصين، والغرفة تحتوي على سريرين كبيرين وتتسع لأكثر من ٤ أشخاص، لكن الموظفة رفضت تسجيلنا بحجة أن الغرفة مسجلة لشخص واحد فقط. تم تعقيد إجراءاتنا وطلب دفع رسوم إضافية وبعد محاولات تم التنازل عن الرسوم نأمل أن يتم تحسين هذه النقاط لضمان راحة الضيوف مستقبلاً.

I think this is one of the best hotel near Haram and lot more value for money and easy approach compared to any hotel in Clock Tower. I have stayed in hotels in Clock Tower in past and this was my first experience staying at Conrad and now this will be my go to hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms spacious and well managed. Approach to haram very good.

Overall it was an excellent stay We had a disrupting issue while checking in due to the attitude of a poorly trained receptionist and a problem from 訂房網站.com regarding the number of breakfast that a double room with 2 adults and 2 children can have. I have to thank Mr Ahmad Ayoub the Maestro for solving out problem very professionally and kindly. 訂房網站 staff was also provide a proper prompt response. House keeping provided an excellent service in the tenth floor during our stay. I believe that the guy’s name was Jahgam or something similar. Breakfast can better. No luxury items available (salmon, shrimp, nuts other than hazelnut).
