The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb and so convenient if you would like to do Umrah with kids as the location was right in front of Al Haram.

Really disappointed with the service starting from reception to the room service. Basic amenities were missing in room. Not Internet / wifi in room. I called the reception several times to complain the wifi issue and every time I got the response that someone will come to your room to resolve the issue. But issues was remained unresolved.
Unresponsive room service.

The room is dated with furnishings evident of wear n tear. There is a strong foul smell upon entering the bathroom . Service sucks, they did not give any amenities in bathroom, i had to call housekeeping many times for a shower cap. They say scan a barcode and communicate with us but it doesnt work. I had to call housekeeping for bath towels n floor mat. Apart from the location, this hotel falls short in everything despite the steep price paid

Expected a lot more from a hotel either a 5* rating. This was more like a 3 star hotel at best.
The only good thing was the location as it was close to the haram but getting in and out of the hotel takes ages as the lifts are always slow and busy.

Everything was great aside from two major issues for us: the elevator waiting times which can take up to 10-15 minutes to get from top to bottom/vice versa in crowded lifts with no air conditioning which becomes very suffocating at times.
Second issue was WiFi which is extremely inconsistent and slow, expected much better for the price we paid.
Aside from that, we were very pleased with the room, location, facilities and the staff who were all very helpful.
