麥加滲滲泉鉑爾曼酒店 (Pullman ZamZam Makkah)

唯一好的就是地理位置，其次床上用品用著很舒服，環境和早餐就普普通通，訂的是套房，兩室一廳，客廳的沙發蠻大的，也可以當做沙發床來睡。另外賓館沒有準備禮拜毯，需要自備。

I had a pleasant stay at Pullman Zamzam. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a partial view of the Kaaba which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. However, the amenities provided in the room were not complete. Items such as a toothbrush, soap, or comb were not readily available and had to be requested from housekeeping. It would have been more convenient if these essentials were already provided in the room. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its great location and quality service.

I’m shocked, firstly they gave us a room on the 9 th floor which was rotted to the core (pictures will be provided). Then they gave us another room renovated said by Riyan, he was helpful. The luggage took an hour coming up. Unusual to see, one of my luggage was opened and the lock was inside the suitcase. When I complained, Mr Faisal was most helpful and said he will have the cctv cameras checked. And didn’t get back with me so after hours I spoke to the night manager he said we viewed the cameras, no one had opened the luggage. And in the morning when I asked to view the CCTV footage they said no! It seemed a dull answer! So I got in touch with the Movenpick hotel where we stayed a night too, they still said get a report from the police station and you’re welcome to see the footage! As the last picture we had of the suitcase was taken to show to the uber to show how many pieces we have in that picture it was clearly showed the lock is on! Then in Movenpick we did not open that suitcase and moved to Pullman. Now calling Pullman they kept referring calls, as I explained to the one who I spoke with if Movenpick said it’s okay to view the cctv after the police report, can I view your footage too! They kept refer the call. So I ended up reporting the incident to the Embassy. If this incident has happened to anyone go as far as the headquarters of Pullman, and report it to the Embassy. I’m quite shocked, nothing was taken seriously..! Take care of your luggage please!!!! Regardless it’s locked. The Asian staff are not to be trusted.

Room bit dated. But major problem, no sound proof at all, as you can clearly hear anything of your neighbour said, also their food smells. Bit overpriced because the location..Any other things as expected; room size, amenities, breakfast quality. Gym no open..

I’m very happy with everything great service nice people from start to finish it was a very pleasant stay. ONLY ISSUES IS THE ELEVATOR IS TOO SLOW AND HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN 

كانت الخدمة رائعة جدا وترتيب الدخول للفندق والخروج وتعاون موظفي الاستقبال جميعا كانوا جميعهم كأنهم شخص واحد

This is 2nd time stay in here when Umroh. Really amazing. Staff reception that time so kindly upgrade my room into deluxe. All staff bellboy helpfull. Staff housekeeping fast respons. Sure will come again for next. Thank you Pullman. Love it

Super clean very close to Haram everything inside one place highly recommend

Hotel bintang lima, harga paling murah dari semua hotel lain di Tower zamzam. Sangat oke sekali untuk umroh

Lokasi strategis. Hanya 5 menut dr kamar ke gate king abdul aziz gate. Harus melalui 2 lift. Dan keluar lewat mall zam zam tower. Sarapan banyak menu dan bervariasi tiap hari. Kebanyakan menu middle east, ada asian corner tp rata rata makanan dari pakistan dan india. Masaih cocok lidah indonesia, karena kari nya tdk strong. Kamar luas, twin classis menghadap sebagian ke kabah. Fasilitas kamar lengkap. Ad akulka, kompor dan setrika dan linya. Kamar mandi juga luas dan ada bathtubenya. Wifinya kencang..sil Recommended untuk keluarga.
