For those who want an excellent stay not far from Masjidil Haram but do not want to pay premium for hotels on clock tower, this hotel is one of the best option. The location is not that far, just behind a tunnels, but the best thing is there are 24 hours free shuttle bus that will pick you up at Kudai bus stop vice versa. From/ to Kudai bus stop is just 5 minutes walking distance to Masjid area. I stay here for 6 nights, and every time i come down. to go to Masjidil Haram, there always a bus waiting. No need to wait, they always there. The room is clean with sufficient amenities plus a microwave. Yes, they have microwave which is very convenience during our stay. The pantry area with a sink and water outlet also is a big plus for us. Overall, we have a very good stay here. The only thing that maybe needs to improve is an issue with room's key. During our stay, we need to reactivate our room's key everyday because it is deactivated after 12 p.m. But it's not a big problem for me because reception staff is helpful.

During Ramadhan, the road to the hotel was closed and it was like 200 metres by foot to the hotel. Did not get to experience the shuttle as we left early the next day.

This hotel very nice, the shuttle bus is amazing. I dont need to wait to get the bus. Only take about 5 mins to haram bus stop. Will choose this hotel again

Hôtel bien situé surtout grâce à la navette disponible et ponctuelle. La chambre, au calme, est grande et propre avec un fer à repasser et une table de repassage, un petit frigo, une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes et un coin cuisine non équipé. La balance est un plus.Le personnel de la réception est disponible et sympathique. Trois restaurants avec buffet à volonté, le meilleur est le Khaliji, je conseille le petit déjeuner car le dîner n'est pas au top. Je n'ai pas essayé le déjeuner pour pouvoir l'évaluer. Le personnel du restaurant est d'une grande gentillesse et vraiment au service des clients. Merci à Cirage Moubarek, sied Karim, Ali el Harbi, Jalil Haussein, Mohamed Wassim et mention spéciale à Majed Soultan. Leur responsable ou directeur par contre n'est pas aimable et doit revoir les règles de l'hospitalité dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il y a un petit marché au rez-de-chaussée dont les prix correspondent aux prix à l'extérieur. On garde un bon souvenir de cet hôtel et je le choisirai sans hésitation lors d'un prochain séjour. 6 nuits passées dans le bâtiment (Tower) numéro 5. Pour info, plus le numéro du Tower est élevé plus il est récent.

After arrived here, we had to wait for about 30 - 40min bcs the hotel needed to confirm my booking. The room was ok and comfortable, it was spacious too. There was mini kitchen that has microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The microwave was normally working, but unfortunately the refrigerator was not working. We called the receptionist to fix this thing, they said that they would send their engineer. But until the last day of our stay, no one came to our room. The refrigerator looks bit old and didn't cool at all even we set it at maximal number of coolness. The room service didn't come until we asked receptionist to clean our room. There was an iron and iron board too, which was very helpful. The shuttle bus was ok and available everytime. There was many shuttle buses waiting and didn't need much time to wait, because it would be full fastly. Overall it was clean and comfortable, but it needed some renewing for many things there.

I LIVED AT LEMERIDIEN TOWER KUDAI LAST YEAR ASWELL AND I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH ALL OF THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE CALM AND CO OPRATIVE. BEST STAFF THEY GOT FOR ALL THE WAY CLEANING ROOM SERVICE RECEPTION. ALL GOOD AND BEST.THIS YEAR THEY IMPROOVED MORE FACILITIES FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
