I have added my comments on an email, because I feel it was a dissatisfied stay.
Only Ruzana and Ramzan stood out
But I do believe that I should be given a partial refund as the city view booked was not made available.
They upgraded on the last night only which is not right!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Suites Makkah and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable.
The rooms at Hilton Suites Makkah were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breathtaking view of the holy city from my room was truly awe-inspiring.
The location of Hilton Suites Makkah was also perfect . It was conveniently situated near the Haram, allowing me to easily access the holy site.
Overall, my experience at Hilton Suites Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and convenient location made it the perfect choice for my stay in Makkah. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the holy city.

There was mosquito in the room got bites on check-in, there was no Kabah views and just partial Haram view which kind of misleading, the breakfast and service was good, and it is disable accessible to the Haram. Overall good experience but expensive and not 5 star level service.

The best hotel in Mekah so far! It is separated only by a few steps (small road) to the white tiles. The breakfast was top notch buffet style. Their rooms and services - professional. Location - diagonally behind Dar-Al-Tawhid. Has its own mall and shops. We will be back here insha’Allah when we come back haram.
