******************** My booking was all messed up and was booked for wrong dates and would not provide a refund or a cancellation or an option to pay some panelty to change. they use their days and dates in reverce order so instead of Novenber 11 they booked me for octobe 10 . although I nade a booking at the sane hotel for november 9th but the messed me up. now I have to pay twice for these very exoensive hotels.

This hotel is truly amazing. Its cleanliness and beauty are well maintained. The food is diverse and perfectly suits the family's taste. The service is very professional. And one thing that cannot be forgotten is, when my mother got lost in Masjidil Haram during our Umrah, she managed to return to the hotel on her own by referring to the giant clock in the hotel. *************. Masya Allah.

Everything is excellent except the food spread for breakfast. We stayed here 2 years ago and the food is still the same. Its best if the hotel can improve on that.

Pros: The hotel is centre point of attraction outside the HARAM. Gives you a good view from the hotel. Also easy to locate from wherever you are. Cons: Customer service response is very poor. Too many guests for checkin (too much waiting time at the desk) For more comfortable and exclusive access it is recommended you go for FAIRMONT GOLD facility (where you get an exclusive access lift directly from the ground floor of the mall)
