ห้องสะอาด และกว้างแอร์เย็น ในห้องมีตู้เย็น มีครบทุกอย่าง สะดวกมากๆครับ หากว่าผมได้เดินทางมารอบหน้า จะเข้าพักณที่โรงแรมนี้ มีรถบัสบริการฟรีส่งถึงหน้ามัสยิด จากนั้นเดินไปมัสยิดฮารามประมาณ 8 นาที คุ้มกับราคา อัลฮัมดุลิลละห์ครับ

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. When I checked in, I found that the soap in the washroom had not been changed after the previous guest – this is unacceptable for hygiene standards. Also, I tried several times to contact the property before check-in using the number provided, but was unable to reach anyone. It's frustrating not to be able to connect when you need help the most. The property itself was good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

It was about 15 mins walk from the haram, restaurants are nearby. There was a water boiler, tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was clean and equipped.Try to book a room with a city view. Overall I was satisfied.

Salah satu yang saya suka adalah adanya laundry room di Al Kiswah Towers ini, saya stay nya di tower 1 dan laundry roomnya ada di lantai PR dekat dengan musholla, kekurangannya shuttle busnya sering kali lama datangnya. Jadi harus 1 jam sebelum adzan kita siap siap

Yg pertama hotel sangat murah, Petugas hotel sangat ramah, hotel bersih, kamar luas, jarak skitar 2-3 km dari masjidil haram tetapi ada shuttle bus. Cocok untuk yg ingin berumroh dg hotel low budget
