Menginap 4 malam disini. Lokasi hotel strategis. Untuk ke masjidil haram bisa naik bus gratis dr depan hotel. Jarala tempuh dr halte depan hotel kr terminal 4 dekat marwa hanya 5 menitan. Saya book double dan 訂房網站le room, di upgrade sama pihak hotel jadi 4 bed kecil2. Bednya kecil tapi luas...keren. di kamar ini juga listriknya mendukung untuk yg bawa magic com. Sarapannya middle east. Tidak ada nasi, hanya pastry dan lainnya. Tapi rasanya cocok untuk lidah indonesia. Banyak toko di sekitar hotel elaf bakkah dari makanan sampai oleh-oleh. Recommended hotel bintang 3. Harga sesuai dengan value nya.

The hotel is quite good, but it is far from mekkah.need to use shuttle bus service and it is so bad and crowded when peak season. If want to go by taxi is also hard because lot of road were block by police and the only way to mekkah is by using that crowded shuttle bas. Normally that bus also will drop u far from hotel and need to walk far from there. Not recommended if u bring your parents. For the room is fine and comfortable but the aircond not that cool and the drainage sometime is clog.

Kamarnya besar, bersih dan cukup space untuk menyimpan koper, memasak ataupun bergerak. Kamar mandi pun bersih. Pelayanan bagus, house keeping benar2 tidak mengganggu jika tanda DND dipasang, jika kita meminta amenitis pun mereka sigap memberi. Petugas lainnya pun sigap membantu saat CI ataupun CO

I have been staying at this hotel for 4 years, but this visit was very disappointing. The carpets are old and dusty, I booked a king bed but was given three small single beds with hard mattresses, and the washroom was extremely small. Room service was poor and shuttle service unreliable. Only the front desk staff and breakfast were good. I even had to check out early and move to another hotel. Standards have dropped badly compared to the past.

A decent hotel. Clean and comfortable although rooms are a bit tight. Bus service to haram is regular but goes to Marwah side. Very good value for money.

I booked the hotel by mistake, I immediately contacted them but unfortunately they were not flexible. I decided to give it a try.. the room wasn’t clean.. empty bottles from previous guests were thrown, I requested upon check-in to connect the two beds as they don’t have a double and they ignored my request. The only good thing is the frequent buses to Haram..
