I've stayed at this hotel before, back in 2017, and had a positive experience. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The hotel's cleanliness was subpar, and I had significant issues with the bus service to Haram, including inconsistent schedules. I hope the management takes these concerns into consideration for future improvements.

It was a comfortable stay for our family. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff also very cooperative, specially Mohiuddin and Sharfuddin. I would like to stay in Makarem Mina Hotel in next visit.

Well let me start with some good points . Its a good lo cation food and bus station is near and easily available . Their rooms are big enough to stay and toilets are fine as well . Here are some bad reviews 1: in my booking breakfast was mentioned but they didn't gave but 訂房網站.com refunded me with 訂房網站 coins as compensation. 2: room service for cleaning is really hard to get and my brother actually ask them to come mult iple time and then after an argument i got it . 3: no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided . 4: windows are fixed and lock ed so you cant
