Had a bad experience at the Batoul Ajyad Hotel. The room and bathroom were unclean, with stained bedsheets. Throughout our two-night stay, housekeeping never provided any service. they didn't take out the trash, provide toilet paper, or change towels. It was one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had. NOT RECOMMANDED

The staff is great, the service is excellent and for the price, the facilities, amenities, ambiance and cleanliness are all quite satisfactory. I had one problem with the toilet, but since my stay was short and again the price was quite reasonable , I didn’t complain. Location is ok haram wise but not great; their shuttle service may help, but I didn’t try.

The hotel is excellent. While the location is a bit of a downside due to the distance from Haram, we can still walk there easily. However, I recommend using the bus for the return 訂房網站 to the hotel. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus service. Our room is fantastic; we have a king-sized bed and a spacious, very clean area with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely return to stay here again.

فندق نظيف وجيد جدا ، اذا بيعجبك شارع اجياد كاقامة يبقى الفندق بالنسبالك ممتاز ،، العيب الوحيد وهو في شارع اجياد عموما انه شارع مرتفع يعني لازم تكون قريب جدا من الحرم والا الشارع بيرتفع و لازم الباص والباصات بتركن بعيد عن باب الحرم كما هو معتاد

The desk manager informed me during the call that room service and amenities are only provided on the first day. However, I did not receive the room I booked. I had reserved a king bed room, but they provided a 訂房網站le single bed room and connected all the beds together, although they still had separate bedsheets and blankets. It took them a long time to find my booking. The room was very noisy due to the lack of soundproofing in the windows, even though I stayed on the 12th floor. As a result, every car horn and bus horn could potentially disrupt my sleep. On the bright side, they offer a free bus to the Haram bus station, although the wait time can be quite long at times. Nonetheless, it's good to have.
