Overall, the experience was good, but a few points are worth noting: The distance shown on the app was about 2 kilometers shorter than the actual distance to the Haram. The counter staff seemed confused even after we showed them the online booking. Sometimes they asked whether the payment had been made, other times how many people were coming and how many beds were needed, even though all this information was already included in the online booking. This indicates a need for better staff training so they can properly understand online bookings and handle real-time processes efficiently. However, the staff’s attitude was good, and despite staying an extra hour, we were able to complete everything without any extra charges.

Customer service was great. Really nice rooms with good facilities. A bit far from Haram but direct bus helped me a lot. Really recommend the place.
