[2026/04/20至2026/06/01]自2026年4月18日至2026年6月1日，除非持有有效的朝覲許可（Hajj permit），持訪問簽證入境的訪客不得在麥加的住宿設施辦理入住。 2026年5月2日之前，沙特及海合會（GCC）國家公民因進行副朝（Umrah）可在麥加入住，無需許可。 朝覲季期間，沙特公民和居民如持有通過國家許可平台簽發的工作許可，可在麥加住宿。
根據沙特阿拉伯旅遊部的指示，麥加和麥地那的正式入住時間正式從下午 6 點開始，因此飯店入住時間可能會有所不同，並由飯店自行決定。
非穆斯林不能進入麥加。

The worst hotel, unprofessional reception I have to go knock on the back office to get service, deposit policy is irrelevant to be cash based, never entered the room i asked to cancel my reservation no response from property👎🏻👎🏻.

It's amazing how affordable and complete facilities that offered by this residence. Their staffs are also helpful durung our stay there. They provide free shuttle bus to Masjidil Haram that departs every 30 minutes from hotel to Ghaza Street terminal. Their units are well maintained, clean, all appliances function well and realy useful for you who travel with family because you can save for laundry and meals bill.

It was a great hotel and the suite was big and very spacious as well as very clean. Staff were very helpful and also buses every 30 minutes that would take you directly to Masjid Al-Hiram and back to the hotel very easily.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans la résidence. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison la propriété , très bien rangé et décoré avec tout le nécessaire. Il y’a egalement un bus disponible pour aller au Haram et revenir . Je recommande très fortement
