Rating 1/10. Outright scam in Makkah. Booked two rooms, and the rude receptionist mentioned he can see only 1 room booking and he can give another room provided I pay cash to him for the second room without bill.Had the early morning flight so no other option other than to budge to his demand. The hotel helper later told me that the receptionist is reselling the room which were part of 50 room booking by a party of which few were empty and he was reselling it without the hotel management knowing about it. Was not expecting such scam in the holiest part of the world. Bathrooms are tiny. You literally cannot move, it’s that small.Room are shabby.no. Sound insulation whatsoever that the lift door bell is heard inside the room. Terrible terrible experience.

The room is spacious and lovely, though the toilet’s a bit on the smaller side. The location’s really convenient, not too far from the Haram, especially with the new gate.

Di samping jannatul mualla / ma'la masjid terdekat ada masjid jin klo mau ambil miqat ke aisha masjid tinggal naik bus makkah 4 Sar .. ke masjidil haram 20 menit jlan kaki.. hanya saja perlu muter kalau mau ke gate 79 untuk tawaf.. Hotel tenang, luas mushollanya, bersih, resepsionis ramah.

Petit désagrément à l'arrivée car la chambre n'était pas prête à temps alors qu'on a eu un long voyage, mais passé cela, tout à été parfait je retiens surtout la propreté et l'équipe très à l'écoute. Petit plus il y a une machine à laver.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is good and amenities, including the laundry room is also available. The reception was great and allowed us do an earlier check-in. There is no breakfast or dinner for individuals (they cater big groups who cone via travel agencies only). I would highly recommend this place and come again.

Chambre 4 personnes avec petit frigo Sale de bain un peu spacieuse , rapport qualité prix abordable pas loin de boulevard chari'aa ghaza plein de commerces a 10mnt a pied,15 a 20 minutes de l'entrée de masjid haram tawssi3a , prévoir 10 a 15 minutes pour aller jusqu'à a Kaaba.

This is my go-to hotel for Makkah!!! The location is very quiet with lots of facilities. Most importantly, it is the closest hotel to the grave of Rasulallah's first wife, the love of his life, Khadijah. Whenever he visit Makkah after moving out, he always stayed close to her graveside. This is the best location to revive this forgotten sunnah! The staff are very welcoming and supportive of guest needs. It's also very close to the Haram on the Marwa side, especially convenient after completion of Umrah. I will recommend this hotel to anyone...

لا يوجد مواقف لسيارات ولا يوجد لديهم عامل تنزيل اغراض وتحميل والغرفة نظافتها سيئة للغاية ولو اني قد حاسبت مكان سكنت والبرنامج الي حجزت منه الطالبة يقوم بتعويض
