Perfect shuttle service, always available and drops at Kudi Station (behind clock tower). Great service and room was very clean and spacious. Free parking is also available, but basement parking is very conjusted.

It's was over all good hotel but location was bit far from haram although there was 24 hours shuttle service available but on prayer times roads were closed so we have walk 15 minutes more to reach haram. Also I gave my ihram to them to laundry they told me illf etc it in 4 hours. In 4 hours I went back and realised they hadn't even started, I paid for early laundry. I had to buy a new one for the umrah I was about to do. They said they promise for tomorrow. Now tomorrow comes and I am leaving for home, they say they haven't started? Wow. And they don't even give my money back for it or the ihram back.

Outstanding, everything was exceptional. Just a side note, we were in tower 2 and it has a sloppy way down; which was a bit uncomfortable for older people.
