Great service by Sahar and the duty manager. It’s my second time at this hotel. Service is good but the location isn’t. Might be close (7 minutes to the new expansion) but it’s far from gate 79 and has a steep hill. I stayed here again based on the service but I wouldn’t recommend it with elderly people.

The hotel was the worst on earth!!! Untrustworthy staff do not leave your personal belongings in this hotel. The staff only want tips.. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE. the worst hotel dirty toilets small rooms. The staff do not trust them!!! Rooms not clean Staff untrained Not toiletries Staff pathetic untrustworthy PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR BELONGS

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff are very polite and friendly. They cleaned the room every day. The hotel is 5 min walk to the haram, but from the 114 gate (women’s prayer area). Will need to walk a little bit more to gate 79 (king Fahad gate)-Umrah gate. Will need to go up a small hill. Close to the bus station (9min). Will need to go up a small hill.

Wael in reception was fantastic for organising my stay at short notice when I was struggling contacting hotels between 3 am and 4 am in the morning. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Also, I would like to mention Saif Islam from housekeeping who provided fantastic service and looked after my needs as and when required. I have stayed at the Clock Tower, Hyatt, etc in the past and while these hotels were a little closer to Masjid Haram, I would still highly recommend Sheraton mainly because of their exceptional customer service.

Nice hotel with very receptive staff & good service. Upgraded to an executive room with 3 beds in the bedroom area and a guest bathroom in the living area. Given a late checkout until after Friday prayer (14:00).

I had booked a junior suite with breakfast and lounge access. However, i was surprised when I was told upon check-in that I don't have lounge access. I was totally disappointed and complained to 訂房網站 com. Joyce was the 訂房網站 com rep who called me back and asked for a few minutes to talk to the hotel. During this time, the female customer service rep Miss Lama called me and offered an upgrade to the executive suit with lounge access. I am very thankful to Miss Lama, who provided an exceptional service and also said that this is your 2nd home. Other staff Miss. Darwesha Ebrahim Miss. Maha Alsufyani, Mr.Kaisul Hassan, and another female Saudi staff at lounge reception were excellent and definitely an asset to Sheraton Hotel. Miss. Joyce from 訂房網站 is an exceptional staff with a very positive attitude to resolving the issue. Thank you, 訂房網站 and Sheraton Hotel Makkah
