艾爾伊巴酒店麥加 (Al Ebaa Hotel)

Before leaving Turkey, I almost changed my mind after reading the negative reviews about this hotel. However, given its proximity to the Kaaba and the fact that my mother was traveling with me, I thought, *“At least let me see it for myself—if I don’t like it, I can always switch to another hotel.”* To my delight, all my preconceptions were shattered from the very first moment! The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, the rooms are spotless, and the food is delicious. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the Kaaba and right next to the bazaar—no need for transportation. I was particularly impressed by the genuine care and problem-solving efforts of the reception staff. Now, I’m starting to think those who wrote negative reviews might have had some ulterior motives. ————— Türkiye’den yola çıkmadan önce bu otelle ilgili olumsuz yorumları okuyunca neredeyse vazgeçiyordum. Ancak Kabe’ye yakınlığı ve annemin de benimle olması nedeniyle "En azından bir göreyim, beğenmezsem başka bir otele geçeriz" diye düşündüm. Ne mutlu ki oteldeki ilk andan itibaren tüm önyargılarım kırıldı! Personel son derece saygılı ve ilgili, odalar tertemiz, yemekler ise lezzetli. Ayrıca otel, Kabe’ye yürüme mesafesinde ve çarşının tam dibinde; araç kullanmaya gerek kalmıyor. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanlarının samimi ilgisi ve sorun çözme konusundaki gayreti beni çok etkiledi. Artık bu otelle ilgili olumsuz yorum yazanların biraz art niyetli olabileceğini düşünüyorum.

Very good and nice

Staying at this hotel was a delight! 🤩 The service was top-notch, the location couldn't be better, and the amenities were fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional customer service, the spotless cleanliness, the spacious room, and the incredible view.  They also allowed me for early check-in and offer help to look after the luggage after check-out to perform Tawaf Wada. Highly recommended! 😎

Kalau punya pengalaman kurang mengenakkan dengan pelayanan hotel di Makkah, maka saya sampaikan pengalaman di Al Ebaa ini sungguh di luar ekspektasi. WiFi lancar, air bersih, kamar ada AC dan bekerja dengan baik. Serta staf ramah. Itu yang paling penting. Cuma saran saya, kalau mau ke Masjidil Haram, bisa lewat Anjum Hotel, agar tidak turun naik jalannya. Jalan sekitar 10-15 menit ke Masjidil Haram. إذا كانت لديك تجربة غير مرضية مع خدمة الفنادق في مكة، فأود أن أشارك تجربتي في فندق العباء، والتي كانت حقًا فوق التوقعات. خدمة الواي فاي سريعة، والمياه نظيفة، والغرف مزودة بمكيف هواء يعمل بكفاءة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن طاقم العمل ودود جدًا، وهذا هو الأهم. لكن نصيحتي، إذا كنت ترغب في الذهاب إلى المسجد الحرام، يمكنك المرور عبر فندق أنجم لتجنب الطرق الصاعدة والهابطة. تستغرق المسافة حوالي 10-15 دقيقة سيرًا على الأقدام إلى المسجد الحرام. If you have had an unpleasant experience with hotel services in Makkah, I would like to share my experience at Al Ebaa, which was truly beyond expectations. The WiFi was fast, the water was clean, and the rooms were equipped with air conditioning that functioned efficiently. Moreover, the staff was very friendly, which is the most important aspect. However, my recommendation is that if you plan to go to Masjid al-Haram, you can pass through Anjum Hotel to avoid steep inclines and declines. The walking distance to Masjid al-Haram is approximately 10–15 minutes.

Location good... room clean.... service good... breakfast i love it cuz good view from restaurant...

First of all, if you are looking for a place within walking distance, this is not the place. Do not pay extra for breakfast. Breakfast is very limited, the hotel is very crowded and has a very small dining room, you have to wait in line. Water overflows from the bathroom drain. Otelin herhangi bir ses izolasyonu yok. All the horn sounds and engine sounds on the street in front of you are completely inside your room. There are also abnormally loud noises in the corridor, and this is completely inside your room. Brother, this is not a cheap hotel. Either stay in a really cheap hotel or add a little more money and stay in a hotel inside the clock tower. The only good thing I can say is the staff.

ممتاز جدا و قريب و نظيف

Not a 4 star as advertised. Probably a 2 star. Location is OK because but a distance from the clocktower. It is a chaotic walk back and forth, through a sea of people and cars (no traffic lights), and lots of hills. Breakfast was fitting for a 2 to 3 star. Staff were nice (mostly). If you're ok with a 2 star that is about 1 km to the Clocktower, this may be for you. I would not recommend for families or elderly.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته لقد تواصلت الى إدارة الفندق ولم يتم الرد من الإدارة بعد ما أبلغهتم عن مشكلة التي واجهتها المشكلة التي حصلت في أحد الصلوات تواجدنا في الحرم تم الدخول إلى الغرفة من قبل شخص ما وتم فتح أحد الحقائب وأخذ مبلغ من الحقيبه ولقد أبلغت الإدارة عليكم مراجعة الكاميرا من دخولي الفندق والى خروجي وللأسف إلى اليوم لم يتم الرد

hotel propre bien situé à moins de 10 minutes de la mosquée el haram. petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner toujours identique sinon très bon rapport qualité prix
