The hotel and the room itself were excellent and clean. It is a bit far from Masjidil Haram but the hotel provides free shuttle bus every half an hour. The 訂房網站 will take about 20 minutes one way. The receptionists were professional and nice.

Well well very beautiful hotel with a good city view.. hotel is a bit far from haram.. no worries 24/7 bus transport from hotel to masjidil haram.

My room was acceptable overall.
For room service, it was so slow,I call the reception for ironing table & iron, 1st time nobody answered, next time , someone answered after awhile he said ( hmmmm , I don’t know, ok I’ll confirm with room service ,I called 3 times in about 40 minutes.
I informed them many times that I’m in hurry,coz I’ve flight,
They are not responding for my request, it’s not a peak time , I called them @ 11 p.m.
2nd things no slippers, no dental kit, it’s basic in any room
The catel was dusty ,they put many coffee and tea but only 2 paper cups!
It was only one night,
The best thing in that hotel was the BED 🤭♥️
I didn’t try other amenities or restaurants

The location a bit far from haram, but its okay with the affordable and worthed price. The room very nice and clean. I really enjoy staying here, eventhough not so many people stay at hotel. Breakfast not so many choice. But it is ok. Recommended hotel.

5 malam saya menginap sama sekali tidak ada pelayanan yg baik, mulai dari sprei tidak di ganti , kamar berhari hari tidak dibersihkan, handuk tidak diganti, kalau nginap disini mesti benar benar laporan buat make up room, telp kamar mati sudah lapor tp tidak di gubris, sikat gigi tidak ada, Sampah tdiak diambil!!!

Good stay little far from Harram but clean and tidy, though the cleaning people could be much better never the less good stay, food at the Restaurent not good maybe it was Ramadan either way I would recommend and I would stay again
