عفوا ولاكن كان اختيار غير جيد علما بأن الاختيار حسب التقيم. الاداره لا تتواصل مع الزبون لحل المشاكل. الباص يتحرك على حسب مصلحه الفندق مش ما هو مكتوب على الافته الخاصه بالباص . لا يتقيدون بمواعيد الباص. لايوجد صدق في التعامل. دورات المياه تتجمع فيها المياه. كل يرمي المسؤليه على المدير والمدير غير متجاوب ابدا. يوجد دليل على كل ما ذكرته.

The hotel shuttle service was great and it moved on time. We stayed at 9th floor and housekeeper guy was so kind and smiley. There is mosque in front of hotel that was also awesome. The only problem that I had was to reach to hotel by phone before I arrive there. Lastly, the gym is out of service now. It is not a big issue but a remark.

They let us check in at 12pm and were very kind. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had shampoo, body wash, liquid soap, body loation, shaving kit and teeth cleaning kit. Overall we had the best experience ever

Located about 10km (10 to 15 mins) from Masjid Al Haram. Front desk staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast as I pre booked and paid online as room rates were very reasonable. The room is very clean,comfortable, and accommodating. Good for a family of 4, 2 adults & 2 children.

Phone was not working well in the room, and I have to ask for things several times and wait long to get them..Other than that hotel is fine..Their bus stop next to Haram is very confusing as we had to search for and never found so we had to grab a taxi to get back to the hotel after a very long walk
