環境不錯，就是離禁寺有點遠了，我們是自己開車，這點距離不算什麼。但是禁寺周邊停車也麻煩。酒店是很好的，態度也好

第二次訂房子的時候他們的穿梭車站變瞭然後太遠下車然後我們一點都沒有穿梭車服務。其他沒問題。

Phone was not working well in the room, and I have to ask for things several times and wait long to get them..Other than that hotel is fine..Their bus stop next to Haram is very confusing as we had to search for and never found so we had to grab a taxi to get back to the hotel after a very long walk

I enjoyed my stay, the room was big with a couple of sofas to relax on, a desk and a comfortable chair. Water, kettle, tea/coffee available in the room for free. The bathroom is also big and clean with shower gel and shampoo dispenser. There are 6 lifts so hardly any waiting for it to come. Staff are accommodating, helpful and flexible. They go the extra mile to ensure you are pleased with their service. Any request is dealt with promptly. A pleasant stay, thank you to all staff members.

للأسف جددت اكثر من يوم وعلى وعد تغيير الغرفة ولا فائدة ولا تجاوب ،، النظافة لاستجوابين والاستقبال لاستجوابين وتحس ان كلا منهم يعمل في مسار لوحده كنت حاجز غرفة مزدوجة وعطوني مفردة وعلى مدار 3 ايام لم يتم تحقق رغبتي المشكلة في ادارة الفندق من نظافة وغيرها

Hotel is worth for the price. It is located too far from the Haram. They provdie shuttle bus, but it's not much reliable. You need to walk 15-20 mins to get to haram from the place they drop off. It is worse when it is busier. I wouldn't prefer this hotel next time because of the location and how hard it is to get to the haram. Also, return bus after Isha could be too crowded and you may not get a chance to get in to the bus. There is not much restaurants nearby the hotel. You can either eat from haram or from the hotel.
