納瓦茲塔酒店 (Nawazi Towers Hotel)

Hotelnya dekat, kalaupun naik bus tidak sampai 5 menit, mau jalan kaki saat ke harom tidak masalah, karena jalannya menurun. Kendala yg sangat terasa, lift lambat bergerak sehingga kita kadang berdesakan mengatre untuk naik lift

Das Hotel ist preislich sehr gut im Vergleich zur Lage und zum Service. Shuttleservice zur Kaaba ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Essen kann für einen sehr fairen Preis dazugebucht werden. Alles in allem werde ich auch ein drittes Mal dieses Hotel buchen

تقيم خدمة الفندق عاليه جدا ونظيف , لكن خدمة التطبيق غير موفقه وغش الصور الي بالتطبيق غير متوافقه بالحقيقه وكذب

الموقع و النظافة جيدة غير ذلك سيء، صادفت مشاكل عديدة أثناء إقامتي فيه ، لا أفكر بالرجوع إليه

satisfied with the services provided provided by the hotel. the room was clean and shuttle service p is available if you want to go to the haram. walking is also possible but it’s located uphill. we requested very late check in and hotel was responsive to the request :)

Good price for money !

This was a good choice nice rooms up to date furniture and bathroom only thing no telephone in room if needed any assistance not far from haram about 15 minute walk or you can take the free shuttle bus which was helpful as you will get tiered

The service less than zero You feel no any employer do there jop in the hotel only the person who ask you yo move snd check out @!!! When i arrive the Hotel recption Mr. mohamed told me no reservatio for me and leave me without any help for 10 minutes ?? I give them my booking ref No. They told me the same no room for me. Reception told me contact customer service 訂房網站 i told him ok give acses to Hotel internet. He answe ihotel internrt not work now !!!i after more than 30 minutes a person not wotk in hotel but work in tuttst comoany he have acout on TRP.COM so he used it and can found my room in 1 minut !!!! The hoel have not account to accses in 訂房網站. Can you emagin that @!!! The percon in recibtion was very. acts rudely, dismissively, and arrogantly. I asked another one about his nane told me Maged But he give me wrong name to avoid complain the correct name mohamed and he look fat After get ny room no tee bag no water. No suger or coffe. Nothing Try cal recption and room service until i caheck out no answer .....@!!my rooom was 340 Acualy the hotel clean and good furniture but service zero finaly no one in hotel do his jop spcialy reciption
