Location almost 20 minutes walking from Kaaba Clean of the hotel is acceptable, however there are some flys in the room.

An old hotel with very basic amenities..stayed for 2 nights...no refill/topup for bottled water and other consumables on the 2nd day...rubbish bin not collected..have to dispose by myself. Overall, not recommneded due to bad service.

Hotel is about 250-300m to Masjidil Haram. Price is reasonable. Plenty of eateries nearby. Has 4 lifts and all working properly. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and toilet. Recommended place to stay during your umrah 訂房網站.

We had a reservation for five people and we got a room with four beds so 1 person had to sleep on the floor. We asked on the reception, they told us that now we have to wait until the check out time tomorrow and the room will be changed but even after that it was not changed. The room was too small in size even for four persons because there was no space for luggage neither for saying prayer.

Relatively close to the masjid, great service. The front desk also speak English fluently. So, it is a plus. The room is big and clean. The only one thing bothered me which is the key card sometimes doesn't work. I don't know why. But the front desk is a great help.
