根據沙特阿拉伯旅遊部的指示，麥加和麥地那的正式入住時間正式從下午 6 點開始，因此飯店入住時間可能會有所不同，並由飯店自行決定。

Hotel terbaik so far untuk saya bagi umrah diy. Hotel baru. Sangat bersih. Staf yang peramah. Lift ok untuk ke masjid. Dining room yang sangat 5 star. Kemudahan bilik semua baru. Laluan yang dekat untuk ke masjid pintu 79 atau 84. Untuk amek uber pun dekat je. Insya Allah Tahun depan nak datang lagi sini.

Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs. And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off.

This hotels location is perfect literally minutes away from the masjid al-haram. There is a special floor (C1) that leads you to the haram. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is open buffet which top notch!

枕頭是臟的，上面還有血。還好我是一個人住雙床房，我就沒有找前台，自己換了個枕頭。 感覺當地人不喜歡中國人，我整個人穿了niqab，和當地人沒有兩樣，但是前台一看護照臉色就變了。我要退房也是很不耐煩。我本來小費都拿出來了，但是那個員工就趕緊説了Have a good day. 小費就攥在手裡沒給她。我後面都沒有人在排隊的，不知道為什麼吧。 餐廳還可以吧，中規中矩。畢竟來的人都是來umrah，如果抱著享受的心態來Mecca，建議丟掉幻想，面對現實 小心巴基斯坦taxi司機，打Uber，不要坐綠色的出租車

酒店離禁寺步行5分鐘，環境優美，服務熱情。尤其是幫助我們整理房間的Sayed Hossain 小哥，很熱情，又很禮貌，我們所要求的物品都及時送到。升級到了套房，價格也很實惠，是禁寺的景觀房。C層專門放置了適合隨身帶著的飲用水，還有果汁，很貼心；Lobby層的設計很大氣，我們拍了很多照片打卡。早餐種類很多，孩子的用餐位置也很貼心，下次去還想要定。

Super hôtel emplacement à moins de 5 minutes du haram donne directement sur la porte 79. Merci à Mustafa et Ahmed pour leurs aides et gentillesses lors de notre séjour. Chambre confortable avec la vue sur le haram. Hôtel propre et services satisfaisants (housekeeping et room service ) En revanche nous n’avons pas aimé le buffet du petit déjeuné. Le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas au rendez-vous : 99 SAR par personne un peu trop cher.
