Upon check-in, we encountered an issue as our reservation was not detected in the hotel's system, resulting in a 5 to 6-hour wait. On the positive side, we really loved the hotel's location, which is only a 5-minute walk to Masjidil Haram Additionally, the room was standard (rather small), everything felt outdated, and the hot water never worked. The cleanliness was also lacking, as we found a lot of dirt when we checked in. The room was not cleaned daily, and we had to call the staff just to get it done. Despite complaining repeatedly, the issues were never resolved. For fellow travelers, please be careful with your belongings in the room. In one of the rooms we stayed in, the door looked like it had been pried open, and when we returned from worship, our room door was wide open

Very very poor quality hotel. Room are not clean. No toilet pepar. This is actually 1 🌟. One star hotel. Only 2 lifts are available. You have to wait for long time to go up and down. I paid £2875 for 3 room for 5 nights. Like one room around £980 saudi riya. I find out the room price actually 250 to 300 saudi Riyal fer night..

الفندق ممتاز كمكان وخدمة وقريب جدا من الحرم العيب الوحيد ان الغرفة كانت ضيقة جداً (صغيرة على انها تستوعب اربع سراير) مفيش مساحة نتحرك في الغرفة + السباكة مكنتش أحسن حاجة
