I had Hotel booking online and prepaid but when I arrived the person said in rude attitude you have no booking and we can’t check the system even though I gad the booking number and he said contact manager Fasiel who was another lair he had promised me he would contact me and asked me send message on watsapp but never replied.finally I managed to stay few hrs but with the horrible stained bedding no towels and shower room was filthy I couldn’t make a stay. I left the hotel within few hrs.I had to get another costing me double😢 I wouldn’t even rate 0 Total scammers I asked for refund never got it. I
