Dirty room with dust everywhere like nobody stayed here for 1 month. Dust on hangers, inside wardrobe, table-top. Bathroom flush wasn’t working, no towels were provided. After complaining 3 times, they sent someone with towel and fixed the flush. Bathroom in dirty conditions with dirty scratch on the floor. Substandard overall

Everything was good, albeit the toilet in my room was broken but the staff fixed it in a good way. The location is totally great, only around 7 minutes by walk to Haram which made me never miss my praying time there.

Hotel is very near to haram nearly 500 mtr with haram stairs, complete plain distance, service is okay but good as compared to other hotels of Makkah Mukarrama.

Location, excellent as situated on the main Haram road, Ibrahim Al Khalil, within 10 minutes walk straight to the Kaba. There are plenty of food outlets as you'd expect with a really decent priced laundry situated on the road behind the hotel (I recommend using these than the overpriced laundry service charged by the hotels) The room itself was adequate, with a very comfy bed, although for solo travellers, you may want to check if they have a room with 1 king or queen-size bed rather than single beds. The Hotel does not offer a breakfast service option so you can either use Emaar Grand Hotel (charged buffet option) or one of the many outlets outside such as my personal favourite of a breakfast paratha outlets 2 min walk, located opposite Palestine Hotel. What let's the hotel down was its shower facilities, although adequate for solo travellers, it consisted of a simple cheap square shower cubicle with a shower curtain all the way round and not a shower screen. Still, it is what it is and decent for a few nights. Escalators were also surprisingly better than the nonsense offered at Emaar Grand Hotel, these actually work as expected. A solid 3 then for budget accommodation at an excellent location.

We booked 24m 2 family rooms, but as per size the dosnt even look like 15m room. Informed at reception about the size of the room but they said its for advertisement purpose only. Room was so consisted couldn't even stand 3 people at a time no spare space left. Taken over by 3 bed. It was actually 2 bed room but forcefully made 3 beds. Bathroom was too tidy and water dripping from sink. There was electric hazard and the door lock was broken hardly locked. The only things was positive ots location and at main busy road. Dosnt worth the money. Never going to book again due to its service, hazards, room size, broken toilet seat and front door locker etc.

Extremely average hotel nothing fancy. Booked a 3 bed room with a tiny washroom that had drain issues. A young boy at the reception was very nice and chill but the other guy had some attitude issues. Book this hotel only if you wish to stay in makkah for 1-2 days otherwise you’ll suffer. Only good thing is it’s close to Haram.

On arrival check in promptly and with nice manner. The rooms size is not too big. Pictures are not same as on advertised. Bed sheets are white and not with different colours. Bathroom is so tinny hardly can’t stand inside. Location is not far from home by walking distance and on busy road.

The location is quite good. The rooms are ok. The only complain is the bathroom. It is very small and the shower area is very congested. After you take shower water is floating everywhere in the bathroom floor as the water does not drain out quickly. After one person takes shower than the next person would find it really uncomfortable to shower next We complained about it and then room was changed only to find out that is same for other rooms as well.
