This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, booked through Trip. com. The photos advertised a 258 sq. ft. room, but the actual rooms are nowhere near that size—barely 110 sq. ft., more like a low-grade hostel room. There’s hardly any space to keep luggage. The condition of the room was unacceptable: mattresses and corners had dark pan parag stains, the bed covers were dirty, and the washroom was poorly maintained with leaks. The AC smelled of fungus, was very old, and made loud noise. To make it worse, the windows were sealed shut. This is not a 3-star property as listed; it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The receptionist was rude and refused to change rooms. Complaints go nowhere; Trip. com couldn’t even reach them because they use fake numbers. Feels like a scam targeting Hajis. Don’t trust the paid YouTube reviews. If you’re with family, spend a bit more and choose a reputable hotel.

Arrived 4.30am, excellent staff at check-in gave us our room immediately. Clean spacious room. Excellent housekeeping.Room was near the lift with easy access. Will definitely return when we come back to Makkah."

We stayed at Emaar Andalusia earlier this month (Oct 2025). I would say one can enjoy good hotel services there, but the rooms are small.

Its one of the biggest LIE. The rooms are not at all the one you see in the photos. What you see are photos of another project or another hotel. I felt betrayed. When I arrived, I immediately said to myself, I just got trapped, then I was in the room and I wanted to cry, hamdouallah we come with a calm state to do the pilgrimage. I changed the first room because it was unlivable and the second again it was bad. Imagine no sheets under the blanket, when we all know that blankets are not washable all the time in hotels. How can you lie and betray travelers with fake photos in a sacred place? In addition, the location to go to Mecca is passable, but be careful not all taxis can get there because the lower roundabout is often closed, I advise you to walk as much as possible before taking a taxi. All I say is Hasbiya Allah wani3ma el wakil ! Safe travels !
