The service and facilities were good, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. While the hotel shows its age a bit, it was still comfortable. However, the food I ordered through room service, particularly the kare-kare, didn’t quite meet my expectations—the sauce tasted a bit off.

The overall environment is excellent, and the security team’s service attitude is outstanding, which makes guests feel very safe and assured. The room is comfortable and satisfactory, while the F&B service is truly remarkable. The only area that requires improvement is the front desk, where some of the more junior staff could further enhance their professionalism and service attitude.

This hotel is in a great location as it is less than 30 mins from the airport, considering Makati traffic. The malls are close by and there are a lot of food options. The food at the hotel is great too, along with the 2 bars. Service is very good, as the staff is attentive and quick to respond to requests. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Only issue is the toilets inside the room can be a little bit "scented", but a closed toilet door addresses that.
