早朝に到著したのですが、部屋の準備ができていたようでアーリーチェックイン代を支払い早く部屋に入れました。 つたない英語でしたが一生懸命理解してくれようとして、とてもありがたかったです。また日本語ができるスタッフもいますよとも教えていただき不安はあまりなかったです。朝食も美味しかったですし、お部屋もとても綺麗で大満足でした！

Stayed at Fairmont Makati for a quick 訂房網站 and everything was great. The location is super convenient—right next to Greenbelt and other malls. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. What made it extra special was that they surprised me with birthday snacks in the room. It was such a nice touch and really made my day. Staff were all really kind and helpful too. Would definitely come back.

Hotel magnifico. Già dall'ingresso si percepisce la qualità e i servizi a disposizione. Camera dotata di tutti i servizi. Bagno magnifico. Colazione (a pagamento) abbondante, una delle migliori mai fatte. Palestra/SPA/piscina estremamente rilassanti e funzionali. Personale sempre pronto e disponibile. Ubicazione dell'hotel ideale. Peccato aver fatto una sola notte! Sicuramente tornerò se sarò di nuovo Manila.

This is my second time staying at Fairmont Makati. As always, the service is great and the location is excellent. However, the hotel buffet breakfast tends to be oily and lacks vegetable selection.

Love our stay. Staff was so good. Request for anniversary decorations but they prepared more. We are so happy with the service by the hotel. Everyone was so good and nice. Really recommend this hotel.

We chose Fairmont for its great location - close to Greenbelt. Have enjoyed walking around the small park before the mall opens. Breakfast at Spectrum is good. Next time though we’ll book a room with a better view for NYE.

The room was dirty (there was even hair in the bathtub), relatively small, and lacked design appeal. The changing room at the swimming pool was poorly maintained, with dirty floors and a broken shower gel bottle. The restroom in the lobby was also very dirty. Overall, I had an extremely poor experience.

Very classy beautiful and clean. Service and amenities are impeccable. It has a very nice pool and gym. The staff are amazing .the staff are Very polite and nothing is an issue for them. Extremely Clean hotel. I absolutely loved the evening turn down service. Hotel is in a fantastic location . Totally recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed

Fairmont Hotel has a classy ambiance. The services are excellent. The staffs are attentive, respectful and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor. Sufficiently roomy , clean and comfortable.
