Went with my dog. Has bidet. Staff are very attentive. The carpets and towels are old tho. Room is old in general. The space is dark also. I like the structure of the room of their other Somerset more. But this is the Somerset that’s closest to the malls.

Decent hotel for business travel/meetings in area. For the budget I think its worth very worth money. However I do feel that there are some considerations that could have made the whole experience a lot better 1) Facilities could do with some upgrade - from rooms, to bathrooms (musty smell, toilet ventilation was slightly slow), to gym 2) Food has improved from previous stay 3) Security could be better improved - got a call past 12 midnight saying we had a visitor and i said no, visitor still turned up 4) Having 1 lift down for servicing during peak period through the 4-5days is quite abit of a jam during the morning rush hours

シャワーのお湯が出るのに3.4分以上かかるし 水量水圧が少なく弱い それ以外は悪く無い。 従業員さんは皆親切丁寧で心地よい。 夜と土日は人通りが少ない。 何故か滯在中のGrabはいずれもホテルの裡側についてしまうので注意が必要です。

The hotel is on a quiet street within walking distance from Greenbelt. The room was very clean, with all the necessary facilities. I liked the idea of having a small water gallon instead of the usual plastic bottles. The reception staff was very friendly and ready to help when needed. The downsides: Equipment is visibly worn out, some parts of it being plain obsolete. One of the mornings I noticed the tomato slices in the serving plate are rotten (they smelled quite unpleasant), unfortunately, after putting them in my plate. Upon looking closely, I also noticed the cucumbers were long beyond their expiry date too. I signaled that to a hostess, who casually said "oh, ok", as if it's the most normal thing and not a reason for concern. One of the days a worker literally broke in my room for repairing something in the bathroom; apparently the reception hasn't given themselves the trouble to phone me first and check whether I'm there and is it convenient to come in. Oh, and I couldn't get a warm water shower none of the two days - there was simply no warm water coming out of the faucet, despite the wait. All in all, despite the nice location and clean room, I don't think I'll be visiting again.

The photos online are far from what it looks like now, clearly older photos. Far from what I expected when I booked it for the price they charge. All the staff are absolutely amazing and were very polite, helpful and cheerful. Iv stayed at much nice apartments in makati for less costs and much more cleaner and not outdated. Doors are falling apart, fire detector was handing from the ceiling, bathroom glass and tiles are not as clean and old and look nothing like the fresh modern photos on their advertising for the property, the kitchen bench top is very old and painted black and looks horrible, for the price I paid i expected higher standards. Location and staff are the high points
