I had an exceptional stay at Ascott Makati. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Makati with direct access to Glorietta Mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, which made it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient service at breakfast, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities are top-notch, with a relaxing pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. Overall, Ascott Makati delivers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Manila.

I had a great stay at Ascott Makati. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and business areas. The service was another highlight. Staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful—especially the doormen, who went out of their way to assist guests. The only downside during my stay was the ongoing construction near the entrance, which made access a bit more challenging and required a short extra walk. However, the staff managed the situation well and were always available to guide and assist. Overall, Ascott Makati delivers on comfort, service, and location. I’d definitely stay again once the construction is complete.

Our second stay at this hotel, still very convenient in the city and near to the airport, 15mins drive. But the hotel area is currently undergoing renovation so the drop off was a bit far, still a short 1 min walk and with ramp for the trolley, the lobby staff even helped to push our luggage to the car!

Absolutely one of my worst stay experience at Ascott across the world. It's nothing against the service staff they were brilliant and most did what they could. However, it was a string of systematic failure that made my work 訂房網站 a disaster. This on-going renovation at the entire Makati area until late Aug. There were no obvious warning or notice during booking at 訂房網站 except a very fine print at the bottom of the hotel page that said there might be 'Potential Disruption - on-going renovation' at the hotel. This text was drowned out in the page full of irrelevant information. Then, the reception briefly mentioned this during the check-in, and also a letter in the room mentioning this. I was only made aware of the renovation in the area was ROUND THE CLOCK when I checked into the room. Nightmare came in N2 when heavy drilling and knocking started at 4am and persisted for more than 30mins or an hour. Ascot switched the room for me at a supposedly quieter wing but the damage was done. I had a full day of meeting the next day and it was horrible. What's funny is that, the supposedly quieter wing, have a noisy neighbour upstairs that started dragging chairs and jumping around the room (children playing?) early in the morning the day after, when I was trying to catch some extra sleep before checking out. and My question for you guys at Ascott Makati is that, - the effort to provide a proper notice prior to booking is almost ZERO. It's borderline dishonesty, and Ascott Makati is partially responsible; and SHAME ON YOU 訂房網站 - if you know there is on-going round the clock renovation, why didn't you place your guest at the 'quieter wing' in the first place? - if you were unsure which day there will be night drilling, in my past experiences, hotels would tried to work with the mall/renovation entity to confirm the affected time period and inform customers (or whatever else you could do, I shouldn't be teaching you how to do your job) - first room assigned to me was old and worn down

I booked a Deluxe Studio Room, and based from the description it has a kitchen and kitchenwear. Unfortunately, upon seeing the room there is not kitchen and kitchen wears just like it said on the description, we called the reception in the room and they said that this type of room has no kichen. Though they apologized, they said that there will be a room upgrade charge which sucks and disappointed since we had high expectations based from the description but overall the room is nice and clean and had the best view but sadlly no kitchen. WE ALSO HAD THE WORST CHECKOUT!!! upon checkout we clarified about the parking voucher so that the fees are waved since ascott shares the parking of Glorietta 4, the woman in the checkout counter said that the voucher given to us upon entry is already good,but upon exit at the parking the lady in the cashier said its not yet validaded and we caused traffic jam and spent 10minutes waiting which is very inconvinient and disapointing since we will travel 2 hours back to our home. Overall, i love this hotel because of the hospitality of the people and its best location located at the center of Makati's most popular malls. But this hotel needs improvement on ther front desk checkout service (for their misinformation) and sales and marketing (for their wrong description in the third party website)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient yet peaceful, and the amenities were a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

雅詩閣是老牌子了，地理位置在馬尼拉市中心，還是很不錯的。旁邊就是香格里拉酒店，走過去就是馬尼拉最好的高端商場Green Belt，那裡吃喝玩樂都有。性價比也很好，我們四個大人一個孩子，訂了兩室一廳，也很寬敞，有兩個洗手間，加床也很便宜。就是雅詩閣也比較老了，裝修有點舊了。早餐也比較有限，早餐150一人，為了安全我們還是在酒店吃的。
