The front door and lobby staff were wonderful… I really don’t recommend the balcony room, they’re on the 2nd floor and don’t have a view whatsoever. The morning conferences on the 2nd floor were quite loud in the morning . Location is not great, but could be worse. Good thing taxis are quite affordable

受付が親切。カミソリはフロントに伝えると持ってきてくれる。部屋の中は清潔。１つ気になる點はシャワーの水溫がやや冷たい事。水圧は十分なので一気に浴びてしまえば問題ない。

We enjoyed our stay at Privato Makati Hotel. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly and very helpful. All necessary amenities are provided, there is a water station on every floor so you can easily get water for drinking.  The gym is small, but has all you need. The pool was small and clean, you can sunbath after swimming.  Only one downside was that AC was very loud and we couldn’t use it when sleeping.  Cleaning wasn’t done while good 👍🏼 they provided fresh towels daily when cleaning or upon request.  There are cafes and shops nearby, location was good and not so far from the airport.  Overall, recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Privato Makati Hotel. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly and very helpful.
