I love this particular branch,i am used to the staffs. They are courteous and helpful esp with my deliveries since this hotel has no elevator,just stairs. And best of all is, they meet us halfway regarding our requests. I hope they keep up the good work and stay respectful to all esp to regulars!

It was a horrible 4 night stay with this hotel. Though the location is somehow accessible from our office which is a good point, the cleanliness and the staff were below the services I wasn’t expecting. They didn’t even open the door door for me nor greeting me. Not satisfied overall.

The room was clean and spacious. They provide toiletries and even slippers. The location may be a little tricky if you're not familiar with the place, but they provide a taxi printout/additional details. Thanks! 👍🏻

Our stay was short as we just needed to sleep and had a late flight on the evening. The receptionist allowed us to check in early because we were not going to sleep overnight. The water pressure very low and didn’t have Wi-Fi but out stay was good. The location was ok and not to far from airport. The staff were helpful with getting our bags into the room and also out. (There’s no elevator and our room was in the 4th floor?

Its a pleasure to stay at reddoorz. Very clean and accessible to everything and to airport and mall of asia. Surely I will book again at here soon when I came back from the USA.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay here. The room is clean, well organized, and good enough space for 1-2 guests. I like their amenities, they have small table and 2 chairs at the room with slippers and free drinking water. I did book here for 1 night to organize my plans, and I was able to finish all my work plans as the room is quiet and very convenient to stay. However, they don't have an elevator here and and the heater is not working, so that's only my concern, but everything is good.
