I checked into the hotel primarily to watch the MPL Philippines, and I found the online check-in process very convenient. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in at no additional cost. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. However, the security guards were not very approachable and did not assist us when we were entering or exiting through the front door, which could be improved. In terms of room facilities, the bidet in the bathroom was broken and leaking, and the toilet flush was quite hard to press. Despite these issues, it was still a decent and comfortable stay for a short period.

마닐라에 새벽에 도착해서 아침까지 잠만 자려고 예약한 호텔입니다. 하루밤만 이용했는데 그냥 딱 잠만 자기 좋은 호텔이었어요 새벽에 도착했지만 직원분들은 친절하셨습니다! 근데 창문도 없고 청결도도 좀 떨어지더라구요 욕실에서는 하수구 냄새같은거도 올라오고 신축이라고 해서 괜찮을까 했지만..ㅎ

very good for those who are looking for a clean and affordable stay..attentive staff and clean room..they also have a very comfortable bed & pillow ..what i dont like is the noise from other guest and the poor wifi ..you have to go downstairs to have a good signal….for tha breakfast its very expensive if you choose to pay onsite,the price will be 500 per pax not 300 (optional) as indicted on 訂房網站.com…best if you include it on your booking it would be cheaper for only 434 for 2pax..the location is just ok few minutes by car to the malls of makati.

Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and incredibly affordable! The location was perfect, close to major cities in Metro Manila. The staff were helpful and accommodating – a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to all my friends!

I had stayed in this hotel 3 times now with my husband. The room is really clean and smells good. Aircon is strong and cold which is good coz there are some hotels we stayed with that the aircon is already in 16% but the room is still hot.Location isn't far from malls. Receptionists are approachable and helpful especially when it comes to booking grab taxi for your destinations. Bed is so comfortable to sleep with and you've got free bottled water and coffee in your room to drink in the morning. The only thing I need that they don't have is they don't have hair dryer.

The bedroom is clean and spacious. The room is easy to access, but the noise from the other room or outside can be heard in the room. The comfort room is a little small. The staff are very accommodating to questions.
