The service was good as well as the food. However, the aircon was so noisy, the shower as well as the bidet were defective. Our room was at the 4th level and they don’t have the elevator so it was quite difficult for us to move our heavy luggages during the checkout. I hope you also check the towels that you give your guests as we were given dirty towels and needed to request another.

This is the price what you get, do not expect super fancy. TV is not working, no toilet paper, no lift, you need to sit by the door for better wifi signal. Friendly staff. Easy to locate. Nice rooftop view.

Worth the money. Better than those cheap hotels with bunk beds. My only issue was that they didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom. The toilet was not flushed when I checked-in and there was no tissue paper. But they have a blower, hot shower, and small refrigerator. I wished they used the same linens from the picture and not some old ones. The receptionist also forgot to tell me I'm all clear to check-out because she was busy gossiping and I actually asked for a wake-up call, it didn't happen.

The one in the pictures are different. It was underwhelming and no amenities. Not even a toilet paper. The picture is from my first room. It was dirty. The toothbrush was a bit okay at first but when i saw the garbage and the bedsheet. I went to the front desk to complain and to ask for another room if possible. The front desk was really polite and apologetic. The new room was okay but the towel was not good. The stay was okay.

Horrible service horrible room and room was next to a busy highway. Bugs in room and room not cleaned up asked reception if they could clean it up which they but looked like it was my fault that they had to clean up the room. Never again disgusting hotel

It is a absolutely terrible place.Tge breakfast is trash and the service are very bad. The amenities are closed no water heater for coffee inside the rooms,just once a week clean the rooms and the towels are with holes and no helping with the luggage and no elevator etc. It sucks also much noise and air-conditioning very old dirty and noise. Just in fact a terrible place. Luckeky we was busy to gomout so no need to stay long in the room but even only the night was horrible. Never again.
