深夜，萬籟俱寂本應是安睡時刻，可窗外嘈雜聲聲入耳，這薄如蟬翼的隔音，將我與寧靜狠狠隔絕，滿心衹剩煩躁。

今回は、早朝に到著した為にアーリーチェックインをお願いしました。當日の部屋の狀況もありますが運良く1500ペソを払ってアーリーチェックイン出來ました。後は無料の朝食セットを３種類食べましたが全て美味しいかったです。1つ殘念な事はホテルの立地でホテルの周りが一方通行になっていてGrabドライバーが遠回りとかホテルの場所がわからずキャンセルされてしまいGrabを呼ぶ時間が読めず苦労しました。

We had an excellent stay at Herald Suites Solana! The food was nice, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience — highly recommended!

Esperienza positiva. Trattasi di una struttura un po' datata ma ben mantenuta. Il personale è molto attento e cordiale. L'unica cosa che non è andata come previsto fu il cambio di divise, perché doveva essere fatto al di fuori delle istallazioni del hotel, il che non mi è sembrato corretto.

The breakfast was delicious! Definitely try the waffles and all of the Filipino food! The staff were all very kind, friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and very clean but no chairs around the pool to lie on so you need to lie on the floor on the hard stone if you want to be near it. The location is very convenient for the airport but not much else. Also, one side of the hotel is above a bar which plays loud music until 2am even on weekdays... I specified I was a light sleeper on my booking yet was put in a room near the bar. When I complained that I could still hear the music even through earplugs they helped me in moving rooms to the quieter side. I also got a random phone call at 9am (on a Saturday morning!) to ask if I wanted my room to be cleaned? I have never experienced this before in any hotel, I was happily asleep and rudely awoken by the call. I would not say I got much rest at this hotel. The wifi was awful, I spent more time trying to get the wifi to work than actually on it during a 3 night 訂房網站. Staff tried to help but really nothing could be done. It was very frustrating as it would work for 3 minutes then drop off for 30 mins, then you'd have to disconnect then reconnect again... For the size of the room it is ok value but I do not really understand the high rating of the hotel as in my opinion it was very average.

ホテルの設備や食事はとても快適で、質も高く満足できました。ただ、滯在中にホテル周辺で強盜被害に遭うという出來事がありましたが、その後に、ホテルから他の宿泊者への注意喚起はなく、安全面への配慮に不安を感じました。さらに、チェックアウト時にスタッフから「ホテルの評判が下がってしまう」と言われたことも、我々の様な宿泊者より自ホテルの評価を優先しているように感じられ、殘念でした。
