The room is very spacious! But the parking would be good if they already assigned ahead and not asking us to move on the next day. Also, improve the parking charge fee for additional guests, they had mistake on charging us an overnight parking instead of 4hours only

The location is just a 50m walk to Power Plant mall and the residence i well equipped with washing machine and dryer . A very nice hotel environment . Love it

I had an amazing stay in Aruga. The service is impeccable! The rooms were quite spacious and clean. My boyfriend proposed there on the pool side 3rd floor and it was quiet and very private! Highly recommended and will book again!

The staff is so lovely and kind, they really make you feel special honestly! Love how they have that respect to open and close doors for you, even opening the doors for your uber/grab

Slightly old but rooms were still well maintained. The best was its location linked to Power Plant Mall via the car park. Service could be improved though, especially at check in. Could do with more smiles.
