I recently stayed at a hotel where I encountered a very unpleasant check-in experience. The hotel itself is very old, and the check-in process was unnecessarily delayed because your system did not forward my booking confirmation email to the hotel on time. As a result, I had to wait a long time at the front desk before the hotel could verify my booking. This caused inconvenience and disrupted my travel schedule. I kindly request that 訂房網站 look into this matter, explain the reason for the delay, and ensure that such issues are avoided in the future. I also hope you will consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I stayed here for 3 days. I will definitely comeback. The locations is perfect if you like to shop and food 訂房網站ping. Its walking distance for SM/Glorietta/Greenbelt. It’s pretty good for the price I paid.

The room rate is excellent; however, there are a few important guest needs that were not met—such as slippers, an iron, and my request for a queen-size bed during the reservation. Additionally, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning properly, and the handwashing sink in the bathroom was clogged. Upon entering the hotel, the entrance had an old-house smell, which could be improved to enhance first impressions. Nevertheless, I really liked the location overall.

The hotel is in a good spot, in Makati and the room itself was ok, although there were a few small stains on the bed linen; the main issues were i) I had requested a single king-sized bed but the room was a twin; ii) there was no hot water, which meant cold showers; iii) no room makeup, which meant that my toilet paper was not replenished; iv) curtains did not close all the way, which let in light from the main road outside; v) absolutely dire breakfast options. That all said, staff were friendly and polite.

Firstly, the water heater in my room was not working, which made for an uncomfortable stay, especially during the colder evenings.. Additionally, I found a lack of pillows in my room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I requested more pillows, but there was no response from the staff. Overall, the lack of attention to these issues overshadowed my visit. I hope the hotel can improve its service in the future.
