Very well managed hotel! Very friendly and professional staff who are willing to make the extra step required to make the customer feel happy. They arranged an early check in smoothly without hesitation and arranged a small birthday cake. The rooms are in excellent state, the breakfast buffet is highly variable and provide a broad range of choices, and the location is outstanding. Excellent choice for anyone who want to stay one or a few nights in Mainz

Hotel mit toller Lage. Das Frühstück war absolute Spitze. Wir hatten selten etwas vergleichbares. Sauna und Dampfbad könnten mal wieder etwas aufgehübscht werden.
