Overall a good experience. Superb location and walking distance to most of the sights. Very helpful staff. Food was not good, apart from one fish curry I had which was excellent but the included breakfast buffet was not very good. Pool was not in the cleanest condition but still nice. Overall good experience though as there are lots of places to eat around and the staff were very good and very helpful.

In the hotel rooms were old no hygiene at all. No lift is there. We need to take bags by our own. No complementary breakfast is added taking booking by saying 3 star hotel but this is disgustingly bad. I advise all the travellers to not to go here. Extremly bad experience. Food was also horrible. I am giving half star as i have no option

1. Poorly managed property 2. Lot of mosquitoes 3. Switches either not working or broken 4. Torn bed sheets, blankets not clean 5. Clogged bathroom, water does not clear quickly 6. Dumped items outside 7. The worst part: in canteen the lady pushed us to order quickly, when we order few items, she said not available or will take time. We got frustrated and left the place to have dinner outside. 8. No mansger to manage the property. It is being managed by only staffs. So for all decisions they call somebody and ask.

It's not suitable for people to stay. The room & bathroom needs full renovation & deco. Mosquitoes & other insects like cockroaches on the walls. Full of dust & smelly. The wifi was not working all the time. The restaurant is not clean & the washroom sink is dirty.

Had a great stay in hotel mahabs with excellent atmosphere and service. Food was good and affordable too and location is near to the beach.

It was very pleasant stay. They have a restaurant inside property where you can enjoy delicious food. Also a swimming pool where children can enjoy. The property is just at a walk away distance from butter ball, Arjuna Penance. Very nice place for a family stay.

For celebrating 2025 new year we stayed there with family. Good things - very very nice location, very good swimming pool with caring pool attendant with reasonable room price. Bad things - mosquito, mosquito lot of mosquito in day and night inside the room. We used two mosquito liquid machines and a hit mosquito spray to sleep inside the room. Remember this and go prepare with this machine and spray.
