Non ac classic rooms do not have hot water running. They turn it on from 7 to 9 am only. Room service is mediocre. The lawn of the villa is great.

Overall stay was good but had to pay extra (over and above the charge paid to MMT) for activating AirConditioner (Rs. 500/-) which was absurd. MMT should update features for this hotel and clearly indicate that these charges would be extra - to be paid to the hotel directly.. I found this very absurd when the reception mentioned it to me (they also have a board specifying this at reception), the hotel room does specify this as a feature but it's not included and has to be paid for getting activated. That made the whole stay feel like being cheated, although the location, food (we only had breakfast there) and overall ambience and hospitality was good.

Had a good experience with Dwarka. The staff was supportive. This property comes with an excellent valley view which is worth the price. Excellent for star gazing. Near to the market as well.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their cooperative and professional attitude made the stay so enjoyable. The hotel is impeccably clean, with every corner spotless, which really added to the overall comfort. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful retreat. The view from hotel was absolutely stunning, Overall, this hotel is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch service and an unforgettable view. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Location is the big advantage, it is one of the very few hotels near the market which has a valley view. Place is near and clean. But slightly costly.

It's a clean and nice resort with an amazing nature view the staff is very good it's situated near the main market, more convenient for those who have no own car, near walking distance from by bus stand.

I visited the hotel on 28th September, it's off season so I got good deal from Make my 訂房網站 under 2k, to write specifically why I liked is very near to bus depot and market . Still it is very peaceful . The view is awesome, you can see sunset and valley from here. ample amount of space to play, every room has varanda in front of it. Due to rain swing and kids playing area is not available but owner said it will be available during winter season. as mentioned in mmt description water kettle, iron and hair dryer was not available. Room does not have phone to call room service. Room was clean , hot water was available.
