Property is placed at very nice location with scenic landscape. staff is very polite and courteous but the biggest miss is food quality and taste. The furniture and room amenities needs to be updated as it's still old doors and bed used. Good makeover with color and cleaning is required.

Location is good. They have most of the facilities but not at all maintained. Food spread is limited and quality was poor. Overall it was too overpriced for Rs. 6.5k per night.

Substandard property at strategic location. Good food with bad service, corner cutting everywhere. Inadequate cleaning of rooms but clean bedsheets and pillows

We went in the month of March.Good place to stay, nice ambience, staff here are humble and friendly, They have early check-in options if rooms are available, we reached at early morning 6 they gave us room. Main thing they have 24hrs hot water facility which majority of hotels don't provide in Mahabaleshwar.
