The rooms bath roots really stink all the time. In morning no water to bath, after complaints several times water came after 1. 5 hours, all our programme for the day were upset, as without water we could not use toilet. Room service ws pathetic. Breakfast was good but the dinning room was full of flies, out of 6 persons only 3 persons had breakfast. We had to take other family members to other hygienic restaurant in market, waste of our money and time. In college room, w/c is very converted on top of it, while sitting on commode we have to do acrobatics, as wash basin overall commode.

The resort location is very good not too far from panchgani and mahabaleshwar markets. The service was excellent with polite staff. Cleanliness was maintained. Overall a very good location for families to spend the vacation time.

Hotel is good, it has pool to accommodate 3-4 people. View from rooms (if you get corner ones) are great. Other than that, poor service, food taste is either under cooked or filled with spices. Roti/chapati will be severed cold always. Rooms and stairs will have water dropping in raining seasons. So family with small kids should be careful. Other than that hotel is in-between panchagali and mahabaleshwar market so good for people who loves quite stay but overall its wasn't great but normal stay. If hotel improves their services and fixes the water sipage and leakage then it's 4. 5 out 5.

Hotel is good, it has pool to accommodate 3-4 people. View from rooms (if you get corner ones) are great. Other than that, poor service, food taste is either under cooked or filled with spices. Other than that hotel is in-between panchagali and mahabaleshwar market so good for people who loves quite stay but overall its wasn't great but normal stay. If hotel improves their services and fixes the water sipage and leakage then it's 4. 5 out 5.
