What an amazing place. Can’t imagine Disneyland’s accommodations possibly being better than than this! The property is huge, beautifully decorated, it really does feel like you’re walking into a 5+ star hotel reception. The rooms themselves were lovely and highly suitable for our family. Was both the largest, loveliest and amazingly the least expensive of all the hotels we’ve stayed in on on our 訂房網站 so far. Special call out to the gentleman who welcomed us at reception when we arrived. Truly gave us back our faith in hospitality. Wonderful. Can’t wait to go back as am dying to try the spa facilities. Almost gave up Disneyland for the spa, but kids wouldn’t go for it. Next time.

搭10分鐘shuttle bus 就去到Disneyland Paris, 睇完煙花返到hotel 都係11:30pm. buffet早餐選擇多，有得自己整糖心蛋👍🏻

前台態度特別差 明明知道我有spa的預約，什麼都不説 還收走我的卡 導致我沒法坐電梯下到spa的樓層，後續我又花了20分鐘排隊為了等這個卡， 我們跟他理論 他還怪我們自己沒説有預約 然後態度特別惡劣的拿出我那張預約的紙讓我簽字，我都沒説房間號，這就説明他明明知道的，而且全程黑著臉對待我們。 房間床也不乾淨 地毯也是臟的 早餐很一般 根本不知道為啥會是四星酒店

酒店有到迪士尼樂園的接駁巴士，到折扣村有專車，可以在酒店前台預約，來回成人6歐，小童3歐，離兩個地方也都很近，酒店給我們安排了高樓層，我們一大三小住的很開心🥳

圖片第一張看著挺敞亮，就定了，誰知道到了窗戶兩邊帶兩個樑，房間小不説還黑特別壓抑，再加上地毯臟，給人一種透不過氣的感覺，前台那一白一黑配合的像黑白雙煞，服務不好！早餐廳的門口歲數大的女服務員神奇的表情和態度，讓你瞬間領悟自己今天早上是來要飯吃的！再訂房的看照片往後翻翻，不要衹看第一張！衹有一個華麗的外表是不夠的，美麗的大堂要配的上優質的服務，推開房門剎那另人失望，是一次不好的體驗！

因為去迪士尼所以住在這裡，房間設施非常普通，廁所衹有浴巾和2個紙杯，房間也沒水提供。 早餐早一點去，不然很多人要排隊。

What a fantastic little gem this hotel. The staff were very helpful, very polite and considerate The rooms were fantastic, great size, clean, everything you need inside. Restaurant was amazing for the evening all you can eat buffet, myself and daughter had a wonderful meal. Beautiful looking hotel and very close to disney, includes a free shuttle bus.

Verblijf: 30 april – 2 mei | Dream Castle Paris Ons verblijf was helaas een teleurstelling en zeker niet wat je van een zogenaamd 4-sterrenhotel mag verwachten. Bij aankomst kregen we geen enkele informatie over Disneyland of shuttle-opties – iets wat je toch zou verwachten bij een hotel dat zich richt op Disneyland-bezoekers. Mijn dochter is bovendien gevallen over losse stenen op het terrein, wat echt gevaarlijk is. Het speelpark was vuil en onverzorgd, en tot onze verbazing lag er een onderbroek aan de ingang van de lift. Het restaurant was een ramp: rotte appels bij het ontbijt, geen kinderstoelen beschikbaar, lange wachtrijen, geen verzorgde tafels en een zeer chaotische organisatie. Op 1 mei kwam er om 10u15 zomaar iemand onze kamer binnen zonder te kloppen – totaal onaanvaardbaar qua privacy en veiligheid. Verder was er geen fles water aanwezig op de kamer, geen thermostaat om de temperatuur zelf te regelen, en over het algemeen was de kamer basic en zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Dit hotel is absoluut niet kindvriendelijk en ik zou het niet aanraden aan gezinnen.
