Location is out of town and inconvenient if you don't hv your own transport. There's no lift and happy climbing if you get the 3rd floor. Room furniture is old and the bed is a mattress on top of plywood. Bedsheet and pillow cases are decent and clean. Aircon was working well but a bit noisy. Got a big fridge though. Bathroom is big but dirty at the sides. Looks like never clean/ scrubbed before. The innkeeper would ride out to town to buy you local breakfast of chicken rice and a mini sandwich of eggs and mayonnaise.

บรรยากาศดี เงียบ สงบ ห้องกว้าง อยู่ในซอยข้าง ๆ ที่ว่าการอำเภอแม่สายเดินเข้ามาไกลพอสมควร แต่สามารถเรียก Grab หรือ วิน มารับมาส่งได้ที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟท์ อาหารเช้าแบบอาหารตามสั่ง
